Civi Chen has over 10 years of professional ex­perience working for international firms on ar­chitecture and urban design. After graduation from South China University of Technology with bachelor of architecture degree, she moved to Hong Kong University for post-graduate study of architecture. Then she joined Aedas Hong Kong office from 2010 after achieving her mas­ter degree.

She has play a significant role in several large scale mixed-use development, such as Centre 66 in Wuxi, Olympia 66 in Dalian and Shanghai Xiaodongmen. Her works cover retail, office, hotel, shopping mall and retirement village.

Civi not only possess substantial design and technical knowledge but she is also familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures of China projects, including preparation of schematic design and preliminary design documentation, being able to make necessary arrangements for good coordination, liaison and negotiations prior to obtaining official approvals of submissions from government authorities.
